I’ve Been Spotted!

I just had to mention that I noticed I was spotted by Apartment Therapy! The other day they noted on their sister site, The Kitchn, the post of our kitchen island.  It was featured as one of their delicious links.  We are so excited to have inspired some one!  Thank you Apartment Therapy!

    Thanks you guys! And, the island. Actually, we found it this way. We got it for $10 at an auction. It was in very poor shape, but was a cupboard. We stripped it and put on a new back. We gave it some new paint, shined up the old handles and added a new door latch (which still needs a bit of work). Simple! Not sure what it was before we found it, however. Its so handy, and its one of our favorite things in our house now!
