New Way to Clean!

April 10, 2021 at 7:31 pm (Mom Stuff) (, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , )

Let’s face it, life’s messy. Kids, pets, busy lives… husbands. 🤣

I’ve found something that makes it very simpler to keep it all clean. CleanSmart. Period. Spray it on. Walk away. That simple. How?! This cleaner is made with natural Hypochlorus Acid and made with 100% natural ingredients. It dissolves to saline solution and leaves no chemical residue. And no fumes!

This cleaner can be used on anything, door knobs and appliances to countertops, highchairs, toys, and switches. It’s even safe for use on baby’s pacifier, and safe to spray around food and pets.

Plus, CleanSmart kills 99.9% of germs, including Coronavirus, cold, flu, strep, RSV, staph, MRSA, E. Coli, salmonella, and listeria, to name a few! The EPA has approved CleanSmart to kill a while list of germs!

I even throw the mini bottle in my diaper bag to spray down items as we go (think shopping cart handles!)

So what I’m saying is, get some! Seriously. CleanSmart will change your house cleaning game. How much more simple can it get than spraying and done?! I’m so pumped that not only is it easy, but effective and safe for my whole family and the Earth. 😉

It’s now available on Amazon Prime too!!

Let me know what you think!

Where Have I Been?

November 24, 2009 at 10:16 am (Tid Bits) (, , , , , , , , , , , , )

So, I was missing for quite some time.  Where was I?  What was I doing?  Here is a mini-peak into my little break.

Here we are all relaxing in our yard with a bonfire this fall.

Very exciting?!  Basically, I was on a much needed relaxation break.  What were you all up to??

Tid Bits and Projects

July 21, 2009 at 11:02 am (Projects, Tid Bits) (, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , )

It seems like I havebeen so busy around here… but where is my progress?  I have so my projects currently on my plate, and have been working on them, really!  But, none are officially completed yet.  So, I thought I would just fill you in on some of the tib bits going on around here and a few of the before shots of some current projects.

Some awesome flowers have sprouted up in the back yard.  I forgot that I had planted them there in the spring!  I love lillies, any kind, especially orange ones!

We are also still taking care of Gillian, the salamander.  He is still in the rubber tote sitting on the table, grossing everyone out.  But, we are searching for a small tank to keep him in.  In this picture he is right next to the end of the leaf.  Those two black dots are his eyes; he is burrowed in the dirt.

The dogs made a nice mess for me to clean up this morning.  They decided that the five minutes they were left alone in the yard was just long enough to dig for moles.  Here they are trying to look all innocent and quite muddy!  Also check out Marley’s new collar.  She thinks she’s tough!

Fancied Up

We are just about completely ready for the party, but last night decided that the dogs should be clean and pretty too.  After the bathing, brushing, and clipping, we thought Marley would make a pretty girl with red toenails.  Have you ever tried this before?  Yes, I am that cheesey.  She is adorable but, man, was it work! 🙂  Check out our pretty dogs!  And, have a great weekend!

A Big Girl

February 9, 2009 at 11:39 am (Tid Bits) (, , , , , , , , , , , , )

We recently decided on the name Marley for the puppy.  She is also a big girl now and has gotten her first collar and tag.  We even added a little skull with a diamond for some girly-punk.  I thought I would show you her charm and a few cute new pictures, since this is what we have been busy with!

Homemade Doggie Treats

December 18, 2008 at 4:19 pm (Tid Bits) (, , , , , , , , , , , , , , )

Romeo. He might look big, but he's only a year old!

Romeo. He might look big, but he's only a year old!

I know this isn’t exactly decor related, but it is home related.  We have been shopping for some Christmas gifts for our puppy, Romeo.  We have gotten a few treats and bones, and a new sheepskin bed.  But, dog toys and goodies are EXPENSIVE!  The other day I came accross a psot on Apartment Therapy for a bunch of homemade dog treats that are owner tested and approved.  Not only do the posters say that the treats are less expensive, but also that their pets love them.  I think I’m going to give it a try, and if Romeo approves, I may even give some out for Christmas gifts to other pet owners on my list.  This is the recipe that I am going to start with:

Peanut Butter Doggie Bones
Ingredients:
2 cups whole-wheat flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup low-fat milk

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, combine flour and baking powder. In another bowl, mix peanut butter and milk. Add wet mixture to dry, and mix well.

Turn out dough on a lightly floured surface and knead. Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness and cut out shapes. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake 20 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool on a rack and store in an airtight container.
